I have been assigned to variety of R&D projects on lithium-ion battery for the past 20 years. This has helped me develop skills, build my reputation and expertise in:

• Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery chemistry
• Design and synthesis of new electrode material’s architectures using a broad range of methods ranging from chemical to physical methods.
• Carbonaceous and non-carbonaceous anode materials
• Oxide and phosphate-based cathode materials
• Electroanalytical techniques and protocols on the study of redox reaction, galvanic cell and electrochemical behaviour of electrode materials.
• Electrochemical data analysis and interpretation.
• Battery cell design and safety and reliability assessment.
• Integration of Li-ion batteries into various applications, including electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, and portable electronic devices.

• 2019 MTE Silver Award for the invention of 'Innovative Solar Powered Streetlight with Built-In Lithium-Ion Battery and Composite Pole'
• 2019 SELANGOR R&D AND INNOVATION EXPO 2019, Third place for 'Lampu Komposit Bertenaga Solar Yang Mesra Alam Menggunakan Bateri Lithium-Ion.'
