Bachelor of Management (Marketing)

Started my career as a Senior Consultant at the Industrial Research Management Centre (IRMC) in October 2021. I focus on identifying and exploring potential partners from the Government and Private sector while creating awareness for SIRIM as the best partner for innovation. Additionally, I also conduct market intelligence to keep abreast with technology trends and develop effective strategies to promote technology adoption amongst industry players. My key achievement at SIRIM would be securing 2 projects with a combined project value of RM18 million through a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) collaboration model generating an income value of RM2 million to SIRIM. Prior to this, I have 14 years of experience in the fields of Marketing, Business Development, Education, Business Events Management, Operations and Market Research. I have worked closely with various Government Ministries and Agencies from Malaysia and the world during my tenure organising international exhibitions and conferences for 6 years. I have been also appointed as a Working Group Member for Sustainability & ESG, Electrical and Electronics Productivity Nexus by MALAYSIA PRODUCTIVITY CORPORATION to plan for initiatives/projects that could enhance the E&E subsector and productivity. My speciality is in developing and realising strategic collaborations with various industries. My past experiences have helped me to inculcate skills in leadership, team building, crisis management and closing high-value business deals.
