Extensive experience in Legal Metrology in Malaysia especially involving field audit activities related to the measurement and metering of Oil & Gas custody transfer instruments as well as endorsing reports for legal measuring instruments.

Proficient in Fluid Flow Calibration for various types of flow meters that includes calibration procedure, calibration set-up, data analysis, uncertainty evaluation and reporting.

Proficient as ISO/IEC 17025 Internal Auditor, Proficiency Testing (PT) / Measurement Assurance (MA) requirements, Approved Signatory for scope of Volume.

Well versed with OIML requirements for Pattern/Type Approval application.

Expert in Fluid Flow Measurement and recognized by Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT) as a Professional Technologist (P.Tech) in the field of Oil & Gas Technology.
