Ts. Hisam has over 15 years experience in gas measurement and calibration of gas measuring devices. He is also involve in analysis of moisture in gas samples, from part per million (ppm) level, down to part per billion (ppb) level. He work on the development of NMIM Gas Primary Reference Material (MyReM Gas) – Analysing Purity of Gas Mixture by means of Multi-Component Gas Analyser (MCGA). Prior to this, he participated in Asia Pacific Metrology Program (APMP) Gas Analysis Working Group (GAWG) for Preparation & Analysis of gas standards, from 2005-2012 at KRISS Korea, NMIJ Japan, NIMC China, and NIMT Thailand and since then establish a good international network. Mr. Hisam is actively involve with national committee Air Quality NSC Z/TC 8, and with several internal committees which include ISO 17025 : 2017 Quality (Committee) Task Force, and Environmental Management System (EMS) Committee. He is the member of HSE Committee for Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) and Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 17025 since 2011. Following to his outstanding commitment, he is appointed as Health Safety Environment (HSE) Committee as Employer Representative of NMIM in 2021 until now.
