Mathew Tan is currently an engineer of Industrial Centre of Innovation in Smart Manufacturing at Standard and Industrial Research Institution of Malaysia (SIRIM).
He has more than 10 years of experience in providing 3D Scanning, Cad Modelling, Reverse Engineering and 3D Metrology services to various industries in Malaysia such as Aerospace, Automotive, Mold & Die, Consumer Goods, Medical and Power Generation.
He also works with SIRIM biomodelling team in designing craniofacial implants and provides digital craniofacial reconstruction for government and private hospitals throughout Malaysia, as well as involved in development of 3D printed medical devices such as prosthetic socket and wrist/hand brace.
