Mrs Nurul Huda Yusoff is a Researcher in IC-Advance Energy Storage at SIRIM Berhad with over 14 years of experience in research and development in Malaysia. She has a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Master of Science (Microengineering and Nanoelectronics). She also has an extensive experience in planning and in executing projects research, producing research output, research publication, finding research funds, building research networks, and performing research consultation services. As a researcher at energy department, most of research which she involves are in Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode, Light Emitting Diode, Sodium Ion Battery, Li Ion Battery, Recycle Battery, Solar Cell, Gas Sensor and Nanomaterials. She also involved in energy audit programme and as auditor in ISO 9001:2015. Nurul had received 3 innovation awards: Gold Medals at International Technology Expo 2019 (ITEX19) in Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode, QDLED Device for General Lighting Applications, Silver Medal at ITEX 2014 in Development of Sodium Ion Batteries as Alternative to Lithium-ion Batteries, and Silver Medal at ITEX 2015 in Thermally Stable Lanthanide Complex Dope Sol Gel Phosphor for White LED Encapsulation Material. Nurul also had published over 15 peer-reviewed journals, conference papers, and patent.
