She starts her career in SIRIM Berhad from year 2000 as researcher in Coating group. In 2013 she became senior researcher In ICI- Biomedical after completing her Phd on macromolecular synthesis from University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. She has experienced as Secretary of OSHE at SIRIM IR Kulim from 2005 until 2019. She has appointed as OMR at SIRIM Kulim. She has involved in different field in chemistry when serving as SIRIM Berhad. Some experiences she had gain are electrochromic thin film, material synthesis, physical catalayst preparation, corrosion inhibitor, water soluble polymer and carbon fibre production in lab scale and pilot scale.
